YES! YES! YES!!! COURT *SPANKS* LINDSEY HALLIGAN FOR CONTINUING TO IDENTIFY AS “UNITED STATES ATTORNEY”!!
In a decision that is so fresh that the ink is still wet (HUGE thanks to colleague Ty Cobb for sharing this with me!), the Court *just* raked Lindsey Halligan over the coals for continuing to represent herself as a United States Attorney, and warned her and “anyone who joins her on a pleading containing the improper moniker” that there may be disciplinary action in their future!
