WOW DID I JUST FOLLOW A LEAD FROM THE EPSTEIN FILES AND FIND SOMETHING POTENTIALLY HUGE!
Just a short while ago I was looking through some of those Epstein files (and remember I grabbed them as soon as they dropped, *before* they could disappear any of them – as, in fact, they did shortly after).
What I saw was an image of a computer cabinet, full of equipment. And a second image of a maintenance sheet taped to the inside of the cabinet. I almost kept going, but my spidey sense told me that I should take a second look. First, because one of my backgrounds is in tech, and second, because Epstein was known to have cameras throughout his house where he, it is alleged by those who would know, would record ..er… encounters. And a big fat computer rack full of equipment would be involved in recording those.
Both of the images are included below.
So I zoomed in on the maintenance sheet and found that each entry bore the name “Merwin Dela Cruz”. Doing some more sleuthing, I found Merwin Dela Cruz – in the actual transcript of Maxwell’s trial. Not a deposition, the *actual trial*, which includes descriptions of some of the actual evidence found in Epstein’s residences.
You see, on Day 6 of Maxwell’s trial (don’t worry, sometime tomorrow or later in the week I intend to grab *all* of the transcripts for *all* days of that trial and package it up for you, but right now we’re focusing on a single section of Day 6, in which FBI Special Agent Kelly Maguire explains who Merwin Dela Cruz is, and certain pieces of evidence discovered during the FBI’s search of Epstein’s home in New York.
I’m including the full transcript, which is 261 pages, for Notes from the Front members, but I want to draw your attention to Agent Maguire’s examination, which starts on page 198. On page 222 Agent Maguire explains that Merwin Dela Cruz was Epstein’s house manager for the New York house. This means that the computer maintenance sheet that I was looking at was for the computer – likely the surveillance system – in the New York house.
I kept reading.
Agent Maguire is shown a photograph, and she explains that it is a photograph of a dressing room on the third floor of the house, and in the middle of the floor is a safe that they (the FBI) have pulled from a closet. There are items on and around the safe which the FBI had pulled out of the safe after they *sawed* their way into it.
The FBI then had to get a search warrant for the safe, because the search warrant they were executing at the time didn’t cover the contents of the safe.
So they went and got a search warrant, and when they returned to the house a few days later the items from the safe were gone!
So Agent Maguire talked with Dela Cruz, who was there at the house, and that led to Agent Maguire having a phone conversation with Epstein’s accountant Richard Kahn and his attorney, and it turned out that between the time the FBI left to get the search warrant, and then returned with the search warrant, that Kahn had taken the items that had been in the safe and removed them from the house. About 20 minutes after that conversation Kahn showed up at the residence with two suitcases, in which were all the items from the safe.
From page 224 of the trial transcript:
Q. What were those items?
A. The items included binders that contained CDs. There were various items of jewelry. There were external hard drives, there were loose diamonds, large amounts of U.S. currency and passports, as well.
Q. Did you seize the CDs that were obtained from this safe?
A. Yes, I did.
Q. And the CDs from the suitcase?
A. Yes.

I WANT TO KNOW WHERE THOSE CDs AND HARD DRIVES ARE AND WHAT IS ON THEM!!!
Same for the “several plastic bins that contained boxes of hard drives” that Agent Maguire mentions on page 225!
Somewhere in some FBI evidence locker are the hard drives and CDs that likely answer *all* of our questions.
