VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT – PLEASE SHARE ESPECIALLY WITH FOLKS IN MINNESOTA! I AM NOW WORKING WITH THE ATTORNEYS HANDLING THE WRONGFUL DEATH LAWSUIT FOR THE SHOOTING OF RENEE GOOD AND I AM COLLECTING EVIDENCE
I am a collection point for EYEWITNESS, FIRST PERSON video, image, and narrative (testimony) evidence of the events immediately leading up to, during, and immediately after the fatal shooting of Renee Nicole Good.
Let me repeat that before I tell you how to submit it to me:
ONLY EYEWITNESS, FIRST PERSON. That means ONLY if *YOU* took the video, or *YOU* took the picture, or *YOU* personally witnessed it and want to submit testimony. NOT a video or images that someone sent to you. Not something you found on the Internet, even if it’s from someone you know. Each person submitting evidence will be required to attest that they took the video or images themself, or personally witnessed what they describe.
Again, ONLY EYEWITNESS, FIRST PERSON. That means ONLY if *you* took the video, or *you* took the picture, or *you* personally witnessed it and want to submit testimony.
I cannot stress the above enough, because the attorneys *have* to prove chain of custody for all evidence, meaning that if *YOU DIDN’T PERSONALLY TAKE THE VIDEO OR IMAGE* it will be challenged in court and it will be thrown out and it will *WEAKEN THE CASE*!
If this is not you, if you didn’t take video or a picture, or witness it first hand, you can still help by sharing this and getting it in front of people who *did* witness it.
If this *is* you, here is what to do – note that your contact information will be shared with the primary attorneys, and it is conceivable that it may also end up being shared with the Court. If you are not comfortable with that then *do not* submit evidence.
DO NOT POST EVIDENCE IN THIS THREAD. DO NOT COMMENT POINTING TO EVIDENCE. DO NOT SEND ME A PRIVATE MESSAGE.
