Two more wins today!
A federal judge in Washington blocked an effort by the Defense Secretary to punish Sen. Mark Kelly over a video reminding service members that they must refuse unlawful orders. The judge made clear that political retaliation has no place in how the military is governed.
In a separate decision, another federal judge ordered the administration to assist in the return of Venezuelan migrants who were deported to El Salvador and have been stuck in legal and humanitarian limbo since March, if they choose to come back.
