This is the oath which I have to reaffirm every year. I’m certain that attorneys who are licensed in other states also have to reaffirm similar oaths. In my opinion, at this point any attorney who is working supporting what Trump and this administration are doing is violating their oath. P.S. How many of you knew that that attorneys are officers of the court? (NOTE: PLEASE do *not* comment asking me what you can do about attorneys violating their oaths- the answer is report them to their *state* bar association if they are *truly*, *blatantly* violating their oath, but just like anything else in the law, *you* don’t get to decide if they are actually violating their oath, the state bar adjudicatory authority does. The ABA does *not* have anything to do with it.)
