The Trump administration is moving forward with plans that could dramatically shrink the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), according to court filings. In documents submitted late Tuesday, groups warned that the Department of Homeland Security (which oversees FEMA) may cut more than 10,000 agency jobs which is 50% of staff.
