The BBC is reporting that Delcy Rodriguez (VP of Venezuela and now interim president) has been in talks with the Trump administration over getting Maduro out and Delcy taking over for nearly a year. Also in addition to being the vice president she is the Minister of Oil. This puts some things in a new light, not a better light, but a new or expanded light.
