STUNNING NEW LAWSUIT DUBBED “EPSTEIN IDENTICAL” FILED AGAINST TRUMP IN FLORIDA ALLEGING TRAFFICKING, ABUSE AND MORE
In a stunning 149-page complaint filed last week (included for Notes from the Front members) an anonymous (redacted) plaintiff accuses Donald Trump of all sorts of heinous acts. The Complaint also implicates Bill Gates, Elon Musk, and others, and alleges that Trump, Musk, et al have engaged in “Epstein identical” actions, methods, and retaliatory tactics. (And a huge h/t to colleague Jordan Parker)
When I first became aware of the Complaint I was a bit incredulous, and wasn’t sure that it was real, so I investigated and finally found and downloaded the complaint *from the Court’s own system*. So the copy of the Complaint that I am including for Notes from the Front members is 100% legit.
What I mean by legit is that it is the genuine complaint filed with the Court.
As to the merits of the Complaint, well, you will have to decide that for yourself.
This complaint was clearly filed by someone in pro se (also known as in propria persona, or ‘in pro per’). That’s fancy legal jargon for either a) “they didn’t get a lawyer because they figured they were smart enough to do it themselves, or b) “no lawyer would take their case”, or, in some cases c) “they couldn’t afford a lawyer or are incarcerated”. But you’d be surprised at how often these things fall into either ‘a’ or ‘b’.
In any case, it’s very clear that this case was filed by someone without the assistance of counsel.
And some of the allegations are wild, barely believable, if believable at all.
BUT, and there’s the thing, some of them are quite believable.
AND here’s the other thing: this plaintiff *has* to know that they are opening themselves up to Trump’s wrath, and the inevitable defamation lawsuit that Trump will rain down on them. And, based on the allegations in the Complaint, maybe worse.
Why would someone open themselves up to all of that if they weren’t telling the truth (which is always a defense to defamation), or if they at least *thought* they were telling the truth?
The Complaint starts out by saying that
“The eight-year trafficking and exploitation venture that began in 2018 has continued and escalated under the current Trump administration (2025-present). Specifically:
– threatening or using physical force
– restraining, isolating or confining, restraining, isolating Plaintiffs (or threatening to do so) against their will
– causing or threatening to cause financial harm
– enticing or luring Plaintiffs through fraud or deceit”
The Complaint then goes on to say that the “Defendants required or pressured Plaintiffs to produce creative works, proprietary information, or other intellectual property. Rather than compensating the Plaintiffs fairly, Defendants claimed ownership, distributed, or monetized these works without proper authorization, credit, or payment,” and “Defendants benefited financially (and potentially politically) from the Plaintiffs’ labor and IP, making this a trafficking enterprise.”
And just when you think that this is just a very weirdly filed intellectual property case, and WTF?, you will find this in the Complaint:
“Retaliatory aggravated sexual assaults leading to permanent neck and spinal cord injuries, extreme stalking, judicial interference, false CPS actions leading to false police report arrests, and child withholding have all continued or intensified in 2025 under the current administration’s watch.”
And this:
“Grooming since 1998 (Plaintiff’s birth year, coinciding with Epstein Island launch); ‘Collateral attack” via removal of child in retaliation for IP claims).”
Piecing it all together I deduce that this complaint is filed by a 27-year-old woman who is alleging that Trump, et al, have engaged in a systematic prosecution of her and her minor child, including causing her child to be removed from her custody via CPS (Child Protective Services), and trafficking her or the child.
It also alleges that Trump “failed to prevent or actively participated in the ongoing human trafficking summarized in over 70 nationwide police reports and judicial filings against the traffickers from 8 years of efforts to escape, sexual coercion, and retaliatory child separation against Plaintiffs.”
And… she talks a lot about Elon Musk.
There is a *lot* more, and as I kept skimming this the *only* thing that I could come up with that would make it all make sense when put together is this: maybe Elon is the father of that child. There are blocks that are redacted, and even though she includes exhibits of court orders and CPS reports involving the father, his name is not visible.
But if you read it with that in mind, the craziness starts to make, if not perfect sense, at least some sense.
With respect to all of the CPS and custody stuff, I’ve seen lots of these cases (although with much less dramatic allegations) when I had my fathers’ and children’s rights law practice. The ‘he said / she said’ escalates to ridiculous proportions, with one parent leveling child abuse allegations against the other, getting CPS involved, etc.. So I know that at least *some* of this *could* be true.
Or maybe none of it is true.
But what if some of it is? Or even… all of it?
Oh, about the intellectual property (“IP”) piece: She claims that she has some intellectual property interest in the SAFE Cybersecurity system, the Abrahamic Accords defense architecture, and also a non-hormonal contraceptive gel. And she ties the first two to Musk and Trump, saying “Defendant Elon Musk, acting in concert with the Trump administration via the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), has used Plaintiff’s SAFE cybersecurity platform and Abrahamic Accords defense architecture to secure Elon Musk over $580 billion in federal contracts while refusing to compensate Plaintiff or procure her technology via mandatory sole-source FAR provisions.”
Again, maybe none of it is true, but what if some of it is?
With everything in the Complaint and a bit of sleuthing it would be pretty easy to discover the identity of the Plaintiff. And, again, why would she expose herself to the wrath and legal wall-slam that Trump is sure to bring?
I’m not saying that any of it is true – but I’m also not saying that some of it isn’t. I obviously have no way of knowing. After you read it let us know what *you* think.
My guess is that as you dig through this, you’ll find some things that you consider believable – maybe even corroborated by other sources.
The Complaint itself is 12 pages long, with massive numbers of supporting exhibits including court orders, court documents involving the Gates, et al, an appendix of sorts citing all of the various court actions related to her allegations, screenshots, and more.
