PEOPLE!! EVEN IN THE VANISHINGLY UNLIKELY EVENT THAT THE SAVE/SAVE AMERICA ACT PASSES, YOU WOULD *NOT NEED TO RE-REGISTER*!!!
The SAVE/SAVE America acts are *PROSPECTIVE*!! That means people *who are newly registering to vote*!! Even should one pass (it almost certainly won’t) YOU DO NOT NEED TO RE-REGISTER!!! NOTHING in *either* says anything about re-registering (nor could it, because RUNNING ELECTIONS IS UP TO THE STATES!!).
Generally speaking the only time you would need to re-register is if you move to another district, or if your registration *lapses* because you haven’t voted *at all* in several years.
So please get the facts before freaking out about, well, *anything*.
