MADURO STEPS ONTO U.S. SOIL 
This video is the moment Maduro exited the plane, I am sure that my smart, sharp-eyed followers will be able to identify the moment he steps into the doorway and starts going down the stairs, even though NBC’s commentators are apparently not as sharp. It’s pretty obvious both from the contrast of what he is wearing, and, especially, the fact that he is going down the steps one at a time because he is clearly handcuffed and shackled.
