(I am including those eyewitness statements for Notes from the Front members. WARNING: They are disturbing.)
Despite today’s horrific shooting, Minnesota and Minneapolis officials have kept their wits about them and have *already* put today’s shooting before the Court, adding it to the action that they filed last week following the shooting of Renee Good. As you may recall, that resulted in a Temporary Restraining Order (“TRO”) against ICE which they immediately appealed. Three days ago the U.S. Court of Appeals issued a temporary stay of that TRO. I can promise you that today’s shooting will impact that temporary stay, especially given the sworn declarations (affidavits) of the eyewitnesses to today’s shooting which are now part of the record.

To preserve original source documents before they can be tampered with (remember the 16 documents that mysteriously disappeared from the Epstein files?), and protect myself from claims of improper republication, and trolls, I don’t publicly share documents I find, I make them available privately to Notes from the Front members.
