I HAVE THE FULL VALENTINE’S DAY LETTER THAT BONDI SENT TO CONGRESS WITH THE ‘FULL’ LIST OF “POLITICALLY EXPOSED” PEOPLE IN THE EPSTEIN FILES
The full letter with the whole list is included for Notes from the Front members. But first a couple of important things to note.
(Now to be clear, you can also find this online with a good search, so you can absolutely find it that way if you are not a Notes from the Front member. We just make it easy for Notes from the Front members, thatβs part of the service for which you are paying $5 a month :~) )
Here is the first thing to note: The very first paragraph says “Section 3 of the Epstein Files Transparency Act (“the Act”) requires the Department of Justice, within 15 days of completing the release required under the Act, to submit to the House and Senate Committees on the Judiciary a report listing: β(1) All categories of records released and withheld; (2) a summary of redactions made, including legal basis; and (3) a list of all government officials and politically exposed persons named or referenced in the released materials.”
Did you catch that? With very little fanfare, and certainly no press, over a holiday weekend, and *on* a holiday at that, Bondi just said, without saying it, “we’re done here”. Here is our report we are sending to you within the 15 days required *AFTER WE COMPLETE OUR RELEASE*”!!
Second, this is of course a letter to the leaders (both parties) of the House and Senate judiciary committees. It is not under oath. And as if that’s not ‘safety net’ enough for Bondi (on whose behalf Blanche signed the letter), footnote 2 on page 4 says, and I quote, “Any omissions from the list are unintentional and, as explained in the previous letters to Congress, a result of the volume and speed with which the Department complied with the Act. Individuals whose names were redacted for law enforcement sensitive purposes are not included.”
Legal translation: There may be (or definitely are) names we left off. If so, it was an accident (wink wink), and in any event we’re not under oath (blink blink blink).
And with that, there are *305* names (I know, I counted).
I have *zero* doubt that what they are thinking about this is that between the fire hose of files released, and the fire hose of names, and the redactions, and the withholding of some documents, that finding any *indictable* evidence will be like looking for a needle in a football field of haystacks.
Let’s prove them wrong.
Notes from the Front members: The full a letter, with all 305 names, is in your inbox.
If you’re not a Notes from the Front member, you can join below and support my efforts grabbing, storing and preserving original source documents before they can be tampered with or disappeared. I make these documents, which I often pay for out of my own pocket, privately available to Notes from the Front members, including the Epstein files which I grab as soon as they are dropped and which I store for our members on our private dropbox (which I also pay for out of my own pocket). And hey! Bonus! You get to join our *private* chat where we discuss these things with each other! (There are several active discussions about Epstein stuff going on there right now.)
You can join below for immediate access to this and *all* of the other documents I’ve shared since the beginning, our private dropbox, and our private chat for $5 a month.
