HERE’S SOME FUN READING TO START YOUR YEAR OFF RIGHT: 3 INDICTMENTS OF DONALD TRUMP AND THE JACK SMITH DEPOSITION! HAPPY NEW YEAR!
As everybody knew it would – and some were almost certainly counting on it doing – the frenzy over Epstein-related stuff has pulled focus from the fact that there is a 3x indicted, felony-convicted person wedged behind the desk in the Oval Office.
However, the release of Jack Smith’s deposition, which I sent out yesterday, has pulled the indictable deeds of Trump back into focus.
Now, you may have already received the deposition transcript from me, or elsewhere, yesterday. And if you have, and if you started reading it, you may have realized pretty quickly that the bulk of the deposition refers to things in the *indictment*. And in fact, you will have seen that Jack Smith takes great pains to *only* base his answers on things that are in the indictment, and to *not* base his answers on things in his final report. (This is because that report *still* has not been released by Judge Cannon, and Smith is, in fact, under an *injunction* to not discuss what’s in the report.)
“Aha!” I thought to myself, thought I, “You guys need the indictment!”
And then I thought “What the heck, let’s give them *all* the indictments!”
So I went and found those indictments and, dear Notes from the Front members, you will find, in your inbox, the following documents:
1. The U.S. v. Trump indictment for concealing documents
2. The U.S. v. Trump indictment for election interference
3. The N.Y. v. Trump indictment for falsifying business records
Wow. When you line them up like that it’s something to behold, isn’t it?
I’m also including Jack Smith’s deposition again, just so you have them all in one place.
So here’s some reading to start your 2026 off with a …well, bang your head against the wall is likely what you’ll want to do.
Notes from the Front members: all 4 documents are in your inbox now.
To protect myself from claims of improper republication, and trolls, I donβt publicly share documents I find, I make them available privately to Notes from the Front members.
You can join at this link below for immediate access to these documents, the archives, our private chat, etc.. – it’s $5 a month which both keeps the trolls out, and helps to cover my expenses for our private dropbox, for purchasing transcripts and documents to share with you, etc..
