EPSTEIN: I’VE FOUND TWO IMPORTANT COURT DOCUMENTS WHICH I’M ABOUT TO WRITE UP, ONE OF WHICH CONTAINS EXPLOSIVE ALLEGATIONS!

In doing some research today I’ve uncovered two court documents, each of which relate to JP Morgan, both of which are important, and one of which is explosive (at least I think so). They come from two different lawsuits against JP Morgan for their involvement with Jeffrey Epstein and his “business” (retch) empire.

The first one helps to really crystallize why JP Morgan is a key player in the whole Epstein thing. It is a complaint against JP Morgan for their support of Epstein’s sex trafficking, even after they knew about it. This particular document lays out very clearly, step-by-step, what Epstein was doing (both with the girls, and financially), and how JP Morgan facilitated it. For anyone not quite sure *exactly* how Epstein was running his operations, or *exactly* how JP Morgan was complicit, this document provides a very clear roadmap.

The second document will take some explaining (which I will of course do in the article), but it is a document filed by JP Morgan in response to a lawsuit – it is JP Morgan explaining why they are raising some of the defenses that they are, and it levels *explosive* (that’s really the only word for it) allegations *against the government of the U.S. Virgin Islands*. Remember that these are court documents, so these documents can’t contain any WAAs (that’s a legal term* standing for Wild Ass Allegations). (*Ok, it isn’t really, but it should be.)

Seriously, what JP Morgan says – in detail – *with receipts* – about the complicity of the government of the U.S. Virgin Islands, is…shocking.

I aim to send out both of these articles today, for sure one, and if I can’t get to the second then I’ll send that out tomorrow, but I’m aiming for today for both.

I will of course be including the documents for Notes from the Front members, so if you want them and you are not yet a Notes member, feel free to join now and then after you receive both articles you can of course cancel (so it will be just $5), although of course I hope you join for the documents and stay for the snark (and, oh yeah, the education :~) ).

To protect myself from legal claims of impermissible public republication, and attacks by trolls, among other things, I don’t share documents I find publicly, I make them available privately to Notes from the Front members, along with explanations and insights based on decades of law practice and as a law professor. You can join below for immediate access to all of the documents, our private chat, etc.. – it’s $5 a month and it’s fine to join and then cancel if you only want certain documents.
