DHS is quoting the KKK on X. At this point, it’s hard to call it anything but AmeriKKKa. “We’ll have our home again” has been used historically in Ku Klux Klan propaganda, chants, and publications, particularly in the early–mid 20th century and again in later neo-KKK and “white homeland” movements. In that context, “home” explicitly meant the United States as a white-only nation, and the phrase was used to frame racial violence, intimidation, and exclusion as “reclaiming” the country.
