    <strong>Second Breach (May=96October 2022, Jan. 2, 2023=
):</strong> Nearly all AT&T customers=92 call and text records du=
ring this time window were illegally downloaded via a third-party cloud pla=
tform. The compromised data included phone numbers and call details
(but not the actual content or additional personally identifiable informat=
ion).

<h2>Who is Eligible, and What Can You Get?</h2>

    <strong>Up to $5,000:</strong> Customers affected=
by the first breach.

  <li>

    <strong>Up to $2,500:</strong> Customers affected=
by the second breach.

    <strong>Overlap settlement class:</strong> If you=
=92re impacted by both breaches, you may qualify for payments from both set=
tlement funds.

Final settlement amounts depend on the number of claims, each person’s docu=
mented losses, and remaining funds after legal fees. The settlement awaits =
final approval in January 2026.
