A win! The federal government provides funding to local organizations that help fight homelessness. The Trump administration attempted to add new conditions to those grants requiring groups to align with the Trump administrations cultural and/or social views in order to qualify, a loyalty screening for funds. A judge in Rhode Island ruled that this was not permissible and blocked the government from enforcing those conditions.
