Continuing from the last post, Judge Berman pointed out that the Trump administration already hold the complete Epstein files and could release them whenever they choose. He called the request a “diversion” from the much larger trove of documents DOJ already holds roughly 100,000 pages of investigation materials. He insisted that the Justice Department is the logical party to make comprehensive disclosure to the public, not the courts.
