Of course the Supreme Court would, they’re bought and paid for. The Court allowed the Trump administration to deport eight men who had been held for over a month under guard at a U.S. military base in Djibouti. The ruling clears the way to send them to war-torn South Sudan, despite the fact that none of the men are from there. Neither the U.S. nor South Sudan has explained what will happen to them upon arrival. They could face torture. Justices Sotomayor and Brown Jackson dissented strongly, warning this decision risks exposing vulnerable people to torture or worse. This is not okay.
