Trump once again defended sending the National Guard to Los Angeles, calling it …

Trump once again defended sending the National Guard to Los Angeles, calling it a “great decision” and claiming the city “would have been completely obliterated” without them. That’s not just false, it’s delusional. The Guard has done nothing but stand around. According to Trump, that somehow “saved the city.” It’s clinically detached from reality.

Let’s be clear: this is political theater, not public safety. The administration is using L.A. as a smokescreen, either to distract from widespread ICE raids happening elsewhere or to bury headlines about Trump’s Epstein files now being spotlighted by Elon. Either way, the escalation in L.A. is about optics, not necessity.

Meanwhile, ICE is terrorizing families in other regions, sparking unrest with their presence. We’ve all seen the footage, ICE officers attacking peaceful people. They claim to be fighting “terrorists,” but at this point, it’s hard to tell the difference. Their illegal actions, including targeting American citizens, have made one thing clear: ICE is no longer welcome in our communities. They need to go home and stay there.

And what has Trump done with the Guard? Dumped them into a situation he manufactured, gave them no real direction, and left them sleeping on the floors of government buildings. If you actually supported the troops, you wouldn’t treat them like pawns.

Now he’s threatening to send in active-duty Marines. Let’s be clear: the U.S. military is not a political toy. Weaponizing troops for headlines is dangerous and it will only lead to more chaos. Trump is manufacturing a crisis.
