Trump and Elon have been labeling any judge who upholds the law and the Constitution as an activist and arguing that they should be impeached. The Chief Justice of the United States rejected their calls to impeach federal judges who have aggressively pushed back on the administration’s initiatives. “For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision,” Chief Justice John G.
