A guy was reported to having been throwing rocks at cars, patrol cars pulled to the scene, looks like 3 cops got out of the cars and fired like 4–5 shots at the suspect, non of the shots hit, suspect turn and ran and was kinda skip staggering, then he got by a window and turned and 3 cops blasted him like 6 times in the body and killed him instantly, and if thats not bad enough they handcuffed the suspect even tho he was dead.
