I just reset SMC on my macbook.
powered off then on the main keyboard held left shift key control and option then pressed power key, released the control shift and option keys and also power button then pressed power button it turned on. Waited for machine to boot u logged in and for a long time had a grey screen. Now testing it…… time is 11 am will post when net goes down time to keep track of these happenings
