No support, lousy admins, and they have no clue what they are doing.
I signed up with an account with them back in 2010 and some reason it thinks oldsite.oldsite.oldsite.oldsite.narcolepticnerd.com is already on the box. I would submit a ticket but yet nope can’t cause of out the ticket system REQUIRES a domain tied to the account.
So I signed up with another account back in September 9 2013, again the account would not tie to the SUBDOMAIN I set up with them I submitted a ticket and to this day I still have no resolution. This is supposed to be a good free web hosting company, if this is the service i get from the free hosting, I refuse to pay them for any service.
