it would appear with the newest firmware update, not only does it kill jailbreaks it also bans people from black ops who hack on the game, while this may be great news to some people. Other people who have never even played the game are getting nailed cause of the console being banned permanently and someone selling the ps3 as used elsewhere. Is banning a console really a good idea? What about the people who purchase a refirbished playstation 3 from like gamestop or something. Those are generally used from someone else.
