I ended up returning the powermat back to Target. It was a sweet device only issue is that I do not believe the designers had a iPhone 3gs in mind when they created it. The casing for the powermat on the iphone 3gs which was created for a iphone 3g became pretty hot during time charging, this in turn gave me a 1st degree burn. Also it didnt keep a very good battery charge on it
The powermat itself is pretty nifty, but again this device when it fully charges the iPhone does not keep a charge on the battery, I maybe was able to use like use my phone for like 2 hours after it was fully charged. I do not believe it was designed for an iPhone 3gs battery usage.
